About REVEAL
REVEAL means
•Quick Access
•No Mobilisation
•No Traffic Management
•Pre-collected for Faster Reporting
•Easy Web Based Procurement
•Reporting options & formats to suit your needs
The REVEAL Construction Database is a unique service providing easy access to pavement construction data.
The data is provided in three reporting options each of which can be provided in a number of formats to match your requirements:
Point Construction provides construction at discrete points along your pavement and is typically used in the analysis of deflection data from instruments such as FWD and Deflectograph.
Summary Construction breaks the pavement down into construction segments and is generally used to feed average layer thicknesses into your pavement management system.
Detailed Construction provides a higher resolution view of thickness changes to enable effective evaluation of specific pavement lengths or bridge deck surfacing (bought per network section).

Note: Internal layer reporting is a REVEAL optional extraThe REVEAL construction database is an international undertaking. Starting in the UK, New Zealand and Germany, we are already working with partners in other countries to bring the service onstream in the near future.
If you are interested in using the service in your country,
contact us to find out when coverage is planned. Even if there are no plans in place for a national database it is worth talking to us about mobilising for specific projects.
If you are interested in partnering with Aperio to establish a REVEAL construction database in your country then contact
Jon Baston Pitt.
The REVEAL database is developed and maintained by
Aperio Limited who use
GPR 1 supported by other data sets such as cores & trial pitting in the process of determining pavement construction.
